Collecting and Showcasing Client Reviews

Client reviews build trust, drive conversions, and help planners feel confident choosing your services. The Reviews tab in your Business Studio makes it easy to request testimonials or upload ones you’ve already received — all in one place. 

Why Reviews Matter

Increase visibility in Explore by boosting your trust signals 
Convert more leads with social proof directly on your profile 
Stay competitive by showcasing happy clients and standout moments 

Review Management Overview

When you open the Reviews tab, you’ll see:  
+ Add Manual Review. Manually enter a review (limit: 3 entries) 
Request Review. Send a review request to a past client via email 
Search Bar. Filter and find reviews by keyword or client name 

Add a Manual Review

Use this if you've received kind words via: 
Text 
Instagram 
Email 
In-person feedback 
To add it: 
1. Click + Add Manual Review 
2. Fill in: 
Customer Name 
Star Rating 
Review Text 
(Optional) Event Date 
3. Click Save 
  
⚠️ You can add up to 10 manual reviews. We recommend saving these for standout testimonials from real clients. 

Why the limit?

Tripletake prioritizes reviews tied to actual bookings. This helps ensure authenticity, maintain client trust, and spotlight vendors who are actively booking through the platform. 

Request a Review

To request a review: 
1. Click Request Review 
2. Enter: 
Customer Name 
Customer Email 
(Optional) Event Date 
3. Click Send Request 
The client will receive a branded message from Tripletake with a link to leave a review. 

Managing Your Reviews

Once reviews are submitted: 
They’ll appear in a list with columns for Stars, Comments, Date, and Origination 
You can click the ··· menu on any review to: 
Edit the content 
Delete a manual entry if needed 
💡 Platform-sourced reviews (those tied to real bookings or submitted via review links) cannot be edited or deleted by vendors to maintain transparency and trust. 
However, if you believe a review is inaccurate or unfair, you can submit a dispute request, and our team will manually review the case.
 

Best Practices for Collecting Reviews

Ask immediately after an event when the experience is fresh 
Personalize your message when requesting via email 
Mention specific services the client used to reinforce your offerings 
Rotate featured reviews in your portfolio (coming soon) 

Frequently Asked Questions

How many manual reviews can I add?
You can add up to 3 manual reviews. These are ideal for early testimonials from past clients or past platforms.
Can I request reviews from clients directly through Tripletake?
Yes. Use the Request Review button to send a review request via email. Clients can submit directly through the link provided.
Can I edit or remove a review after it’s submitted?
Only manual reviews can be edited or deleted. Reviews submitted through the platform (via email or booking) are locked to protect authenticity.
What if a review is unfair or inaccurate?
You can submit a dispute request. Our team will review the situation and follow up accordingly.
