Managing Your Files in Media Storage
The Media Storage section is your centralized file library for all images, graphics, and uploads across your Tripletake account. Unlike Documents — which is often used for contracts or event files — Media Storage is directly tied to your profile, portfolio, services, packages, and other visual areas in the Business Studio.
Think of it as your visual asset manager.

1. Navigate to Marketing → Media Storage
2. You’ll see a tiled view of all uploaded files
3. Use the search bar or scroll to browse your stored media
4. The Storage Tracker at the bottom shows your current usage

Understanding Storage Limits
Each vendor profile has an upload limit of 200 MB.
You’ll see a visual storage bar at the bottom of the screen
Stay under your limit by compressing images or deleting unused files
Expanded storage options will be available in future plan upgrades
Best Practices
Keep file names clear (e.g., “CeremonyPhoto1.jpg” instead of “IMG_2811”)
Upload only high-quality, optimized images (ideally under 1MB each)
Avoid uploading duplicates — use the preview feature to confirm
Reuse brand visuals across sections to stay consistent
