Managing Your Event Schedule
The Event Schedule helps you stay on top of every event you’re booked for. Whether you're creating a new event, tracking existing ones, or assigning shifts to workers. This is your calendar command center.
Accessible from the Business Studio, the Event Schedule offers a month, week, or day view of all upcoming events. You can click directly on any date to add a new event or open one for further action.
🗓️ Navigating the Calendar
When you click Event Schedule from the left nav panel, you’ll see:
A clean calendar view with events displayed by day
Toggle options for Day, Week, or Month views
A Today button and navigation arrows to scroll through months
Simply click on any date to begin scheduling a new event
Days with scheduled events will display an event block, showing:
Event title
Location (if available)
📌 Tip: Clicking on an event opens a detailed event sidebar.
Creating a New Event
You can create a new event by clicking directly on a date in the calendar. This will open the event creation window.
You’ll be prompted to enter the following:
Event Name (Required). Add a clear, descriptive name (e.g., “Summer Gala, Emily’s Wedding”)
Who is this for? (Required). Select a saved contact from your Contact List
Location (Optional). Add venue name or address if known
Event Date - Pick the event date from the calendar at the bottom of the form
Click “Start Planning” to save the event.
Once created, your event will appear in the calendar and be accessible for team management.
📂 Opening an Event
Clicking on any scheduled event opens a side panel with core event details:
Event Name + Code - Every event gets a unique Tripletake ID used for troubleshooting & support
Date and Location - Quickly reference logistics
Authorization Notice - Confirms your ability to manage the event. If you are authorized:
Manage Event Details button - Opens full event event planning portal
Guest Page button - View what attendees or external team members can access
Tabs below allow further management of the event:
Each event has 4 management tabs in the panel:
Staffing - Add shifts and assign roles. Workers can accept or decline requests through the Tripletake Teams App.
Announcements - Send announcements out to workers who have currently accepted shifts for the events. If a worker joins after the announcement has been made it will show up in the "Posts" section of the Tripletake Teams app.
Quotes - Review quotes tied to this event. See what was offered, accepted, or pending.
Activity - Track recent changes and updates related to the event.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I add events manually to my schedule?
Yes! You can create your own events directly in the schedule. This is useful if you want to set up an event on behalf of a client and later give them access to manage it from the planner side.
How can I see more details about a specific event?
Click on the event card in your schedule to open the full details, including location, time, and client info.
Can my team see the schedule too?
Yes, if they have the appropriate permissions, workers and teammates can view their assigned shifts and event info.
What if an event is missing from my calendar?
Make sure the event is confirmed in your Opportunities tab. Only accepted and booked events will show in your schedule.
