When will I receive my first gig?
The timing of receiving your first quote request can vary depending on the time of the year. However, under normal circumstances, you can generally expect to receive your initial quote request within the first one to two weeks after your business has been listed.
How are vendor fees structured?
Our pricing model is straightforward. Vendors can choose between a free plan or an annual subscription plan with additional benefits. A small commission applies to each completed booking, and there are no hidden fees beyond that.
How often do I get paid?
Payment timing depends on your account setup. In some cases, payouts may be processed instantly after the event, while in others, funds are credited the following business day. Stripe may also take additional time to finalize transfers, so it’s recommended to allow up to 3 to 5 business days for payments to appear in your account.
Can I change my pricing after I list my business?
Yes. You can update your pricing, services, and profile details at any time in your business studio. Once you make these updates, they take effect immediately and will be visible to potential clients.
