Getting Started with Your Dashboard

Your Dashboard gives you a snapshot of your business performance across Tripletake — from visibility and engagement to quotes, bookings, and revenue. It’s designed to help you quickly assess how your profile is performing, take action on new opportunities, and stay organized with your upcoming events. 

🧭 Overview

When you log into the Business Studio, your Dashboard is the first screen you’ll see. 
It includes: 
High-level performance metrics (Profile Views, Impressions, Revenue, etc.) 
Your latest Opportunities and upcoming Events A visual graph of your Profile Performance over time 

Performance Metrics Explained

These insights sit at the top of your Dashboard and are updated in real time: 
Profile Views - Number of times your profile was clicked by users in Explore or elsewhere 
Impressions - Total appearances of your profile across Explore and search results 
Favorited - Number of times planners clicked the heart icon on your profile 
Quotes - Combined number of quote requests you’ve received and sent 
Conversion Rate - Ratio of sent/received quotes that turned into booked events 
Avg. Event Average - Number of events you've successfully completed 
Revenue Total -  Earnings from completed bookings on Tripletake 
💡 Hover over the ❓ icon next to each metric on your Dashboard for a quick tooltip definition. 

Opportunities Panel

Located mid-left of your Dashboard, this section shows your most recent quote requests. 
Each card includes: 
When the request was received 
A visual indicator (icon placeholder) 
Basic info about the request 
  
Clicking on a card opens a detailed view where you can: 
See client contact info and team members involved 
View the opportunity’s estimated value 
Message the client or send a quote 
Create tasks directly tied to the opportunity 
  
➡️ Click "See All" to access your full Opportunities list with advanced filtering options. 

Events Panel

Upcoming booked events appear in a simplified list view on the right-hand side of your Dashboard. 
  
Each entry shows: 
Event name 
Scheduled date 
Location (if available) 
Color-coded initials for easy ID 
  
Click "See Schedule" to jump into your full calendar view, where you can explore your month, week, or day in detail and plan accordingly. 

Profile Performance Graph

At the bottom of the Dashboard is a visual chart tracking your: 
Quote Requests 
Views & Impressions 
This helps you spot trends in your visibility and demand over time.

Check it weekly to monitor what’s improving — and what’s not. Use opportunities as a springboard for faster quote turnarounds. Watch your conversion rate to assess your sales funnel efficiency. Plan your team around upcoming events shown in the calendar.

What is the Tripletake dashboard used for?
The dashboard is your central hub to track upcoming events, recent activity, and quick links to manage your business efficiently.
Can I customize my dashboard view?
At this stage, the layout is fixed for consistency, but your dashboard will dynamically update based on your recent activity.
I don’t see any data in my dashboard. Why?
If you're new, your dashboard will populate as you begin setting up your profile, adding products, and booking clients.
How do I return to the dashboard from other pages?
Click on the Business Studio tab in the top navigation bar, then select Dashboard from the sidebar.
