I started Lone Star Farm Tables after being inspired by my uncle and his family's farm table rental business located in Lancaster county, Pennsylvania. I desired to bring that same small-town, family-owned feel to the Dallas-Fort Worth wedding and event industry. I enjoy woodworking and creating things that bless others. I've always loved interacting with people and hearing their stories. Most importantly, I am a follower of Jesus Christ and strive to honor God in everything I do — including business.
When I'm not building farm tables or going on a delivery, you can find me creating craft cocktails, camping, or enjoying quality time with family and friends.

As a wedding florist, having reliable and friendly vendors is such a huge plus for busy wedding days! The team at Lone Star Farm Tables not only have incredible rentals, but also are really wonderful people. My florals pop so much more on a quality table. I couldn’t recommend them enough!!! Lone Star Farm Table is such a gem. Their tables completely transformed our thanksgiving dinner and it was the second time we used them. The tables are beautifully crafted, solid, and full of character. You can tell they truly care about quality and presentation. Delivery was smooth, on time, and handled with so much professionalism. The team was easy to work with, responsive, and made the whole process effortless.

What areas do you serve and is there a delivery fee?
We serve the Dallas–Fort Worth area and surrounding regions. Delivery fees are based on mileage and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Do you offer delivery, setup, and breakdown?
Yes. Delivery, setup, and breakdown are included with every rental. We coordinate timing with your planner or venue to ensure everything is placed and ready before guests arrive.
When does setup and teardown happen?
We work around your event schedule, typically delivering the morning of your event and picking up the following morning. Exact timing is coordinated in advance to fit venue requirements.
What comes with the farm table rentals?
Our farm table rentals include handcrafted wooden tables, benches or chairs (based on your package), and placement according to your layout. Linens, décor, and place settings are not included unless noted.
How many guests can your tables seat?
Our standard farm tables seat 8–10 guests comfortably, depending on layout and chair style. We’re happy to help you plan quantities based on your guest count.
Are your tables suitable for indoor and outdoor events?
Yes. Our tables are designed for both indoor and outdoor use and are commonly used for weddings, receptions, corporate events, and private celebrations.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak wedding and event seasons. Dates are reserved once a signed agreement and deposit are received.
Do you offer custom builds or specialty pieces?
Yes. In addition to standard farm tables, we offer specialty pieces such as sweetheart tables, cocktail tables, wine barrels, and custom builds upon request.
What happens if plans change or weather becomes an issue?
We understand events evolve. We’ll work with you and your planner to adjust layouts or logistics when possible. We always advise backup plans be discussed in advance for outdoor events.
